Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be delivered by Australia Post. For deliveries to unattended address a note will be left indicating pickup details at a nearby Post Office. Goods picked up at the Post Office will still need to be signed for, but by anyone who can provide proof that they live at the delivery address or are authorised to do so. Delivery Charges - within Australia: $A5.00

Privacy & Security
We use PayPal to process your credit card payments so you are assured that your credit card details are safe. We promise not to share your contact information with anyone without your permission, so the only mail you will get will be from EL8 Health.

Ordering
Use our easy to navigate website to order your goods. It is quicker if you set up an account first. You can search by using the product options at the top left side of the page or by using our search engine found on the top right hand side of each page. Select the quantity you want to order then and it to your cart. Once you’ve finished shopping, head to the check out. You will then be asked to provide/confirm your shipping details and advise your preferred payment method.

Payment
We offer two methods of payment. First is by PayPal - for credit cards and PayPal accounts the second is via direct deposit to our nominated bank account, the choice is yours.

Viewing Orders
Once you have placed your order you can review it by clicking on My Account on the top right hand side of our home page. There you will see your full order history plus any new orders added. Your account shipping details will also be shown. You can use this section to track the process of your order.

Updating Account Information
As with Viewing Orders you can update your account information by clicking on My Account on the top right hand side of our home page. You can use this section to change your password, billing or shipping address. Tracking orders can also be done from here.
